Long Island Rail Road trains are back up and running again systemwide.
Service was restored on the Port Jefferson and Montauk branches early Thursday morning.
In addition, service is back up between Greenport and Ronkonkoma. Service on all other lines has been restored.
Officials say crews worked through the night to cleanup downed trees and debris from the rails.
