The race for Southampton town supervisor is one of the top races to watch on the South Fork as voters head to the polls tomorrow.

Democratic incumbent Anna Throne-Holst and Republican challenger Linda Kabot are facing each other for the third time. Throne-Holst is vying for her third term, and former executive Kabot is seeking to get her old seat back.

Kabot is attempting a comeback after being acquitted of DWI charges in 2009. Two years ago, she ran as a write-in candidate. This time, she once again has the support of the GOP. "I'm honest, sincere and truly hardworking," Kabot says.

Throne-Holst, meanwhile, says she's feeling optimistic. Today she was out shaking hands and encouraging people to vote at the Stop and Shop in Hampton Bays.
