6h agoOfficials say two homes were struck by lightning Monday night during storms that rolled through the area.
Fire officials say the homes are located in Levittown and Roslyn Heights.
The Levittown strike happened at a home on Sycamore Lane around 9 p.m.
News 12 has been told some damage was found to the chimney, but the strike did not cause a fire.
The strike in Roslyn Heights happened around 8 p.m. on Revere Road.
Fire officials say there was no fire following that strike.
