Long Islanders are coping with bitter record-low temperatures today.
News 12 Long Island was in Hicksville at the train station this morning where commuters were standing strong in the cold.
Temperatures this morning were in the 20s with wind chills near 10 degrees. 
However, weather forecasters say next week, temperatures could reach 60 degrees in some places.
