The law firm representing the family of the man who died after being sucked into an MRI machine due to the chain around his neck says the entire incident was preventable.
Keith McCallister, 61, died last week. He had been pulled into a machine at Nassau Open MRI in Westbury. His wife says he was sucked into the machine while wearing a 20-pound chain with a large lock around his neck. He was wearing the chain for weight training.
The law firm representing the McAllister family says they want answers.
