There is a public plea this morning to find a stolen kitten named Ruby.
Last Chance Animal Rescue says the 2-month-old kitten was stolen during an adoption event on Sunday in Patchogue.
The group says the kitten does have a microchip.
The group says they will take the kitten back if she is returned with no questions asked.
