A Brooklyn man has been arrested in the murder of a Brooklyn landlord whose body was found in a Great Neck dumpster.
Police have charged 26-year-old Kendel Felix with second degree murder in connection with Menachem Stark's death.
According to Newsday, a second person is also being question and investigators may be looking for a third suspect. 
Stark, 29, was kidnapped on Jan. 2 outside his Williamsburg office and murdered.
Stark's burned body was then found in a dumpster on Cutter Mill Road in Great Neck.
