The Shinnecock Kelp Farmers delivered 50 pounds of ground kelp this week to the Sisters of Saint Joseph for use in their community garden. Ministry leaders tell News 12 that they use the kelp as fertilizer in the garden and that the partnership lets them grow the most organic produce.
