Police in New York City say they caught a Nassau man taking pictures up a woman's skirt at the Union Square Subway Station.
Karl Sholder, of Port Washington, was arrested Monday for allegedly sticking his iPhone under a woman's skirt and video taping as she walked up the stairs. Sholder, 32, now faces felony charges.
Police say Union Square Station is a hotspot for upskirt pictures because it's so busy in that area.
