A judge has ruled Thursday that crucial evidence in a deadly crash on the Meadowbrook Parkway can be used in court. Police say Martin Heidgen's blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit when he plowed head on into a limo last July, killing 7-year-old Katie Flynn and limo driver Stanley Rabinowitz. Heidgen's attorney argued the blood test and admissions his client made should not be admissible in court. He argued that Heidgen might not have been aware of his rights at the time. The victim?s families say they believe the judge made the right decision and say Heidgen was trying to hide behind technicalities. They say they are glad he will held accountable in court.
