The estranged parents of Long Island native Lindsay Lohan were back in family court Monday.
Michael and Dina Lohan, in the middle of divorce proceedings, are battling over custody and visitation rights for their two youngest children. Michael Lohan said he hasn't seen his children in nearly three years.
During the five-minute hearing, the judge ordered the parents to undergo medical evaluations, which will be used in determining custody and visitation rights. Michael Lohan also withdrew a motion that requested hair-follicle drug tests for him and his wife.
The Lohans will return to court September 6 to go over the therapist's reports.
Actress Lindsay Lohan recently made headlines with her arrest on suspicion of drunken driving and cocaine possession in California.
