A judge has declared a mistrial in the case of a fatal shooting of an Aquebogue man.
Donatila O'Mahony was facing second-degree murder charges for allegedly shooting and killing Lee Pedersen in March 2020.
A second juror was dismissed from the case Tuesday because of an issue with the juror. This comes a day after another was dismissed.
The court ordered that a retrial will happen next spring at the earliest.
The defendant is still remanded without bail.
