A Selden man pleaded not guilty today to menacing charges after he was arrested for allegedly starting a fight out on the Long Island Sound.
Police say 59-year-old John Mirabito slammed his boat into a fellow clammer's vessel in the waters off Glen Cove on Monday.
According to police, the two men were arguing when Mirabito took out his rifle and pointed it at the man and his passenger.
No one was injured in the incident.
