Suffolk DA: Ex-Lindenhurst school employee shared videos of himself sexually abusing child

Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney says that Brian Woehr was indicted Wednesday after detectives say they found child pornography on his devices.

A former Lindenhurst school employee is accused of filming himself sexually abusing a child and then sharing the videos.

Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney says that Brian Woehr was indicted Wednesday after detectives say they found child pornography on his devices.

A spokesperson for the Lindenhurst Union Free School District says Woehr has not worked for the district since January 2021.

Woehr has pleaded not guilty to the charges he is facing.
