Two Long Island kids have been named winners in the Intel Science Talent Search.
John Anthony Clarke, of Syosset, and Huntington High School senior Aron Coraor will both be getting thousands of dollars in scholarships.
Coraor won sixth place and takes home $25,000 for his study of a mineral found on the moon.
John Anthony Clarke, who goes to Regis High School in Manhattan, won ninth place and a $20,000 award for research on X-ray emissions from Jupiter.
