Authorities are investigating an overnight fire in Islip.Investigators say the blaze broke out around midnight. Firefighters say the Commack Road home was vacant and that no one was injured in the fire.Neighbors say the home has been vacant for about five years. According to neighbors, teens turned the home into a hangout and frequently used drugs and alcohol there. Neighbors say the teens would also bring space heaters to the location while they gathered there.
