Nassau County police are investigating a homicide that occurred in Uniondale around 4 a.m. Monday.

Police say they responded to a 911 call for an aided near 979 Nassau Rd. and upon arrival, officers found an unknown man.

He was pronounced deceased at the scene by a Nassau County Police Medic.
