Holbrook Cub Scout troop offers option to accommodate children with special needs

A Cub Scout pack in Holbrook is helping children with different abilities.
The troop of neurodivergent scouts and their parents meet on Tuesday to engage in Boy Scout activities.
Cubmaster Jeremy Yakkey tells News 12 that the troop offers the same programs with substitutions to accommodate the children's needs.
"I started it for my son to get out there and get into a program, and right off the bat, we had a dozen kids sign up," Yakkey says. "Tons of others have filled in to enjoy the program."
