The Nassau District Attorney says Oscar Argueta was also driving at 93 mph when he T-boned a car crossing the intersection on Curtis Avenue in 2022.

A Hicksville man who admitted to driving dunk in a deadly Hempstead crash has been sentenced to 5 to 12 years behind bars.
The Nassau District Attorney says Oscar Argueta was also driving at 93 mph when the T-boned a car crossing the intersection on Curtis Avenue in 2022.
The victim’s car hit a curb causing it to flip into a utility pole.
Davis Popoola was the passenger in the car and was killed in the crash.
Popoola’s wife was seriously injured.
