Police say Ismatullah Kamran, of Hicksville, is accused of inappropriately touching a 15-year-old female employee at Halal Urban Bites on Fulton Street.

Kamran is the manager and owner of the eatery. Police say he had recently hired the teenager to work at his store.

"If it was my daughter, I would not stand for it," says store owner Gary Turturro.

Kamran was arraigned in Nassau County District Court. He is charged with forcible touching and resisting arrest. Bail was set a $5,000 cash.

He is due back in court on Aug. 26.
