A shamed Hempstead official was ordered to vacate his office.

Hempstead Town Clerk Mark Bonilla officially moved out of office yesterday. The move came after Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced the vacant town clerk seat.



Bonilla was fired for trying to get compromising pictures of an employee from the woman's boyfriend after she claimed Bonilla sexually harassed her.

Bonilla was convicted on those charges last month.
