Two Syosset nurses will have to wait longer to make their cases against New York’s vaccine mandate to a federal appeals panel.
Oral arguments were set to be heard Thursday before the Second Circuit, but the hearing was pushed back to Oct. 27.
The two Long Island nurses and a third health care worker from Syracuse argue that the requirement for health care workers to get the COVID-19 vaccine violates their First Amendment right of freedom of religion.
