Doctors also say the fluctuation in temperatures can lead people to dress inappropriately for the weather, possibly lowering a person?s resistance to colds.

Doctors say the best thing to do is to get plenty of rest and eat properly. They say people should try to protect their bodies from things that can be controlled, unlike Mother Nature.
