The 2019 Hampton Classic came to a close Sunday, with the Grand Prix capping a whirlwind week of competitions and events.
Sunday marked the final day of competition, with top riders from around the world were competing in the Grand Prix. Two-time Canadian Olympic veteran Mario Deslauriers captured the $300,000 Grand Prix on his mount, Bardolina.
News 12's Elisa DiStefano was on hand for all of the action Sunday. She got an up-close look at the VIP tent, where dazzling floral arrangements were placed on each table.
The Bridgehampton event attracts more than 50,000 people each year, including A-list celebrities.
