Police say a Hampton Bays mother was drunk behind the wheel with her 4-year-old daughter in the backseat Saturday night.
Officers arrested Jillian Bellows after she was allegedly swerving in the eastbound lanes of the LIE at Exit 39 in Old Westbury.
Bellows is charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandra's Law.
Police say her daughter was released to another family member.
