But the perfect Halloween makeup can make a good costume complete!
Makeup artist Ally Antun, from the Chamber of Horrors NY, says that you don't have to spend a lot of money on a makeup kit. Simple brush strokes can make a Halloween look pop.
Always do a hand test about an hour before applying the makeup to make sure children, and adults, aren't allergic to it.
