Hall of Famer and longtime Islanders coach Al Arbour died today. He was 82.
Arbour coached the Islanders for 19 seasons, including the dynasty years when the team won four consecutive Stanley Cups.
Arbour collected 740 wins with the Islanders.
Prior to getting behind the bench, Arbour also won four Cups as a player.
Arbour was elected into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1996.
Arbour had been in declining health, battling Parkinson's disease and dementia, and was living in Florida.
