Gov. Andrew Cuomo gave his inaugural speech Thursday from the new World Trade Center.
The governor's speech focused on what his next term will mean for New Yorkers.
He said New York will continue to lead the nation by example on issues of education, racial equality and the economy.
The Democrat took the oath of office in a private ceremony at the governor's mansion on New Year's Eve, alongside incoming Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul.
