8h ago"Good Riddance Day" may just be the perfect holiday for the year 2022.
Wednesday marked Good Riddance Day, an annual event that offers people the chance to write down their worst moments - or greatest failures - of the year, before throwing them into the trash!
People celebrating in Times Square said farewell to a variety of unmentionables this year, including "haters," "high school" and "stress."
According to the event website, Good Riddance Day is inspired by a Latin American tradition during which New Year's revelers stuff dolls with objects representing bad memories before setting them on fire.
