The Manhattan executive accused of rape at a wild Hamptons pool party is free on bail today.

Jason Lee was arrested last month after a 20-year-old woman claims she was raped by the Goldman Sachs banker.

After the grand jury indictment was unsealed this morning, 37-year-old Lee posted $100,000 cash bond and walked out of Suffolk County Court with his wife.

The woman says she met Lee at a club on Aug. 20 and he invited her to his rented Clover Leaf Lane home for a naked pool party. She claims he then followed her into a bathroom and attacked her.

Lee faces up to 25 years behind bars if found guilty. He is due back in court Oct. 25.

The alleged victim is now living in her home country of Ireland, but prosecutors say she will return to Suffolk when the trial begins.
