Some kiosks at terminal A in LaGuardia Airport had signs Friday morning indicating that they were not working.
Farmingdale residents Daniel and Sophia told News 12 that they were traveling to Pittsburgh for a family party. Their flight was delayed by over three hours.
Under new federal rules, travelers can get a full refund for a cancelled flight. However, people must choose not to travel if the airline offers to rebook.
