Some kiosks at LaGuardia's Terminal A had signs on them earlier on Friday because they weren’t working. Some travelers like Stephanie Brooks said the kiosks weren’t the only issue.
"Their website's down, their app is down. I tried to call their customer service and they said, 'we're having problems and hung up,’” she said.
Daniel Dougherty and Sophia Bakich from Farmingdale were traveling to Pittsburgh for a family party.
"I think we're gonna miss the party but we'll see,” said Bakich.
Their flight was delayed over three hours Friday.
"Hopefully it goes late and we'll still be able to at least make an appearance but, it's a bit of a shame because that was like the main purpose of the trip,” said Dougherty.
