A funeral was held Saturday for the man and his two children who were killed last week on the Southern State Parkway.
Services were held in Brooklyn for 37-year-old Ancio Ostane, his 8-year-old son Andy and his 4-year-old daughter Sephora. Ostane's wife, Lucnie Bouaz-Ostane, survived the crash on the Southern State Parkway in Bay Shore last Sunday.
As News 12 has reported, O'Niel Sharpe Jr., 24, was allegedly drunk when he rear-ended the Ostane family's car early Sunday. Police say he fled the scene as the family's vehicle burst into flames.
Demetri Stewart, 23, has also been charged in the crash. He is accused of helping Sharpe flee.
