<p>Mourners are paying their respects to anti-gang activist Evelyn Rodriguez. Rodriguez's daughter,16-year-old Kayla Cuevas, and friend Nisa Mickens, were brutally murdered back in Sept. of 2016, believed to be by the hands of MS-13. Since that day, Evelyn fought as a gang-activist to protect every kid she could. She lobbied government officials to fund anti-gang programs.</p>
