A Freeport woman is accused of driving drunk and crashing her SUV with her 11-year-old daughter in the car.
Police say Nadera Beria was drunk when she crashed her SUV into a parked pickup.
The incident happened just after 3 p.m. Monday on North Ocean Avenue in Freeport.
Nobody was injured during the incident.
Beria is charged with aggravated DWI under Leandra's Law.
