At least two Freeport restaurants were damaged during Monday night's storm.

"I was hoping that we were spared," said Ilona Jagnow, the owner of Otto's Sea Grill on the Nautical Mile.

Jagnow says the heavy rain, wind and water from the storm flooded into the kitchen, the bar area and the dining room.

It was a similar scene down the block at Jeremy's Ale House.

A bartender told News 12 the storm left behind about 6 inches of floodwater.
