The hunt is on for members of a Freeport street gang wanted in connection with a weekend stabbing at a Hempstead church.Police say a 17-year-old was knifed after members of one street gang saw members of a rival gang at a birthday party Saturday. Witnesses tell police that 10 to 15 men entered the party through a back door at Saint Ladislaus Roman Catholic Church. The attackers allegedly belong to the Thugged Out Posse gang. The victim, who witnesses say is involved with rival gang Salvadorians with Pride, was taken to Nassau University Hospital, where he is in stable condition.Police are asking anyone with information on the stabbing to call Nassau Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
