A former Penn State student from Long Island has pleaded guilty to a 2017 hazing death.

Daniel Casey, of Ronkonkoma, and another man admitted to hazing Timothy Piazza the night he died.

Prosecutors say Piazza was heavily intoxicated when he fell down a flight of stairs while pledging.

They say Casey and the other man charged were facilitating the process.

Casey will be sentenced in October.
