News 12 meteorologists say it will be windy, with torrential rain conditions through midnight.
A wind advisory is in effect until Thursday at 6 p.m. A coastal flood advisory is in effect from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. Tides are expected to be 1 to 2 feet above average, so residents should be alert for water in some streets.
Storm rain totals are expected to be 1 to 3 inches, and rain should stop overnight.
Thursday is expected to be partly sunny but windy, with a slight chance of a passing afternoon shower.
