Drivers traveling on Fordham Road say they are annoyed and fed up with traffic tie-ups.

Commuters say the intersection of Fordham Road at the Major Deegan Expressway is a nightmare. They say the traffic heading westbound on Fordham Road is unbearable, especially during rush hour.

Many say the traffic light doesn?t work with the flow of cars heading east and west in the area. They say as a result, there is a continuous backup between cars heading west on Fordham Road and trying to make a left turn onto the southbound Major Deegan.

Drivers say they are tired of the red lights and constant honking of horns. They hope something is done soon.
