Police say a foot spa worker is accused of sexually abusing a teenager.
The incident happened on Thursday at the Gogo Foot Spa on Broadway in Massapequa.
According to police, Bing Yue inappropriately touched a 16-year-old girl while working at the spa.
According to police, the 31-year-old Queens man is not licensed to perform massage.
