It's the last Food Truck Friday of the 2019 season at the News 12 Long Island studios! Rolling Smoke, a past-years favorite, brought its delicious smoked meats!

 

The food truck visits many food festivals and events across Long Island, but is also available for catering. Last year, Rolling Smoke opened a restaurant in Lake Ronkonkoma.

During his visit, Rich Ciota made:

St. Louis ribs with pickles and coleslaw.

Smoked wings.

Beef brisket.

 

And the 11-inch beef dinosaur rib.
