Snow is hitting the Canarsie Park pier as roads in the borough began to get slippery.

One fisherman, Warren, remained outside trying to catch some fish that come to the area during the winter.

Warren says fishing in the snow is cold, but relaxing.

The storm is creating low visibility on the Belt Parkway.

Con Edison is telling people to be alert and stay away from down wires resulting from the storm.
