The fire happened on Groton Lane.
One firefighter was taken to the hospital from the scene after inhaling smoke.
The cause of the fire is unclear, but police tell News 12 it does not appear to be suspicious.
There was also a fire in Terryville on Sara Circle that damaged condos. No one was injured.
