A Long Beach resident says he caught a FedEx driver on camera breaking some rules of the road.
David Cortes says the incident happened on Monday. He was about to make a turn at the intersection of Olive Street and Laurelton Boulevard when he says a FedEx truck blew the stop sign and just kept going.
Cortes decided to follow the truck around the block and record video. He says his goal was to get the truck's license plate so he could report the driver. However, as Cortes kept recording, the driver appeared to just keep driving through stop signs. One instance occurred as a school bus was parked on the street, he says.
The following day, Cortes says he recorded video of another FedEx truck doing the same thing.
A FedEx spokesperson says the company expects its drivers to obey all traffic laws and it will investigate each incident.
