FDA: Hand sanitizer tainted with methanol may still be in stores

The FDA is warning some hand sanitizers could be contaminated with methanol.
The ingredient can be life-threatening if ingested and toxic if absorbed through the skin.
Officials say while the affected product has been recalled, the FDA warns some of the tainted sanitizer could still be in stores.
Methanol exposure can cause symptoms like nausea, headaches, dizziness, amnesia, coma and seizures.
