been arrested by the FBI in connection to the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol.
Court documents allege Greg Rubenacker sent multiple
Snapchat videos to a witness from inside the Capitol building.
In
addition, there are pictures from Snapchat that prosecutors say show him smoking marijuana inside the
Capitol during the chaos.
A bond of $50,000 was set for Rubenacker.
