Parents of multiple-birth children met in Oyster Bay Sunday to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Mothers of Supertwins organization.
MOST offers support and advice to families with triplets, quadruplets and more. MOST also helps families with twins.
The advice has proved to be priceless for the Bell family of Glen Head. "Let them cry. That's definitely the best thing," mother of three Audrey Bell said. "I wasn't doing it until about two months ago and now I'm getting about eight hours of sleep."
Parents brought along their kids to take part in the fun. The Ramsay quadruplets had a good time at the event, but say they always enjoy each other's company.
"It's kind of chaotic because they're always running around, but it's kind of nice because you always have someone to play with," 10-year-old Andrea Ramsay said of life with her three siblings.
