Attorneys in a lawsuit over the deadly building collapse in Philadelphia say they will be able to bring experts to examine the site.

A judge ruled once the site is deemed safe, pictures and video of the demolition can be taken.

A total of six people died and 13 were injured when the four-story building collapsed onto a Salvation Army thrift store.
