Bars and restaurants on Long Island can now stay open later.
A statewide curfew for those establishments was extended to midnight beginning Monday - a change of an hour from how it has been over the past months.
Capacity will remain limited to 75%, and there is no word on when the state plans to increase that.
The order that requires patrons to buy food with a drink also remains in effect.
The curfew on catered events is also extended to 1 a.m.
